Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase of research materials (“MATERIAL”) from Simple Peptides US (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), accessible at simplepeptides-us.com, by the client (“Buyer”).

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Definition of MATERIAL

“MATERIAL” refers to any products or services offered by Simple Peptides US, including but not limited to peptides, proteins, liquids, powders, chemicals, labware, and related items.

Research Use Only

  • All products sold are strictly intended for research and development purposes only.
  • Not for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
  • Not intended for use in clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or commercial applications.

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Regulatory Disclaimer

Simple Peptides US operates solely as a chemical supplier.
We are not:

  • A compounding pharmacy under Section 503A

Buyer Qualifications

  • Buyer must be 21 years of age or older
  • Buyer represents that they are a qualified professional or researcher
  • Buyer agrees MATERIAL will only be handled by trained and qualified individuals

Proper Use & Responsibility

Buyer acknowledges:

  • There are risks and hazards associated with MATERIAL
  • They are responsible for understanding:
    • Safe handling procedures
    • Necessary safety precautions
    • Applicable regulations and compliance

Buyer agrees to:

  • Use MATERIAL in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Not misuse MATERIAL in any manner

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Simple Peptides US shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of MATERIAL, including:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Peptides US from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from:

  • Improper handling
  • Unauthorized use
  • Use in combination with other substances

Intellectual Property & Patent Notice

  • Products are not sold with any license for patent use
  • Listing of a product does not imply permission to use it in violation of any patent

Restrictions on Use & Resale

  • MATERIAL is for internal research use only
  • Buyer may not resell, repackage, relabel, or distribute MATERIAL without prior written approval

If the Buyer intends to supply MATERIAL to a third party:

  • Full details must be submitted
  • Written approval must be obtained from Simple Peptides US prior to transfer

Compliance with Laws

Buyer agrees that:

  • MATERIAL will not be used in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
  • Products will not be introduced into commerce where prohibited

Order Acceptance Policy

  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Accept or decline any order
    • Limit quantities

Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full before order processing
  • Accepted payment methods may vary
  • Billing descriptors may appear as SimplePeptides-US.com
  • Processing fees may apply where applicable

Shipping Policy

  • Orders typically ship same business day if placed before 3 PM EST (if in stock)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends unless otherwise arranged
  • Delivery times are estimates only

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • External factors beyond our control

Out-of-Stock Items

  • Orders may be delayed if items are unavailable
  • Buyer will be notified
  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within a limited timeframe before processing
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be changed

Address Accuracy

Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect information.

Delivery & Claims

  • Once tracking shows delivered, liability transfers to the carrier
  • Missing shipment claims must be submitted within 7 days
